BDSwiss

Founded in 2012, BDSwiss (Banc De Swiss) is based in Cyprus (not Switzerland) and regulated by CySec. It is thus one of the binary option brokers based and regulated within the European Union.

Is BDSwiss suitable for micro traders?

Yes, you do not need deep pockets to start trading with BDSwiss. The minimum deposit is just £10 and the minimum trade is £1.

The maximum trade size is £500.

Binary option types

BDSwiss offers what you expect from a comprehensive binary option broker. All the standard binary option types are here, while those looking for something really exotic will have to look elsewhere

  • High/Low. The basic type of binary option. Will the price of the asset be higher or lower at the expiry moment?

  • Short term. This is a subcategory for High/Low binary options, where the selected timeframe can be very short, down to a mere 60 seconds.

  • Long term. This is a subcategory for High/Low binary options, where the selected timeframe can be long, erg a week.

  • Pair Trading. With this type of binary option, you will be trading two assets against each other for better or worse.

  • One Touch. You select a timeframe and a price point, and get paid if the asset price reaches this price at any time while the option is valid. The opposite is No Touch, where you get paid if the asset price never reaches the price point.

  • Ladder. A bit similar to One Touch, since it is about whether or not the asset will reach a pre-set value within the set time. Bigger value movements tend to give a bigger payout.

The BDSwiss trading platform for binary options

BDSwiss have a separate platform available for binary options, and it is called SpotOption.

It is web browser based, and not available for download.

The platform is pretty basic, but does include some tools for charting / technical analysis. Chose between line or candlestick charts, and set the timeframe from 1 minute to 1 month. Examples of available indicators are moving average, RSI, bollinger band, fibonacci retracements, MACD, and ATR.
